How can a real estate agent or yacht broker help a client who owns valuable art?

A real estate agent or yacht broker is often the first professional to see the art: during a villa sale, a refit, an estate clearing. The help they can offer is not appraisal, it is a discreet introduction to a vetted channel. Finarta Art Club gives their clients confidential access to a network of 450+ top-tier galleries in 30 countries, to buy or sell major artworks off the public market.

Typical situations

A client selling a property furnished with museum-quality pieces; a yacht refit where installed works must be moved; a household dividing an estate. In each case the owner needs qualified buyers, not a public listing, and values a professional who solves the problem quickly.

What Finarta does for the client

Works are submitted confidentially, artist, provenance, condition, expectation, and matched against collectors’ active requests and the network’s galleries. Buyers emerge anonymously; Finarta’s team handles documentation, negotiation, payment and shipment. The seller’s fee is 3%; works typically range from €100,000 to several million euros, with an average transaction of about €500,000.

The partnership

A partnership programme exists for professionals who introduce new members, with a reward for each confirmed introduction. Terms are discussed individually and kept private. Finarta was founded in Luxembourg in 2015 and is selective by design, membership is €1,000 for twelve months, applications vetted.
