How to find a work by a specific artist

To find a work by a specific artist, go where that artist’s inventory actually sits: the galleries that represent the estate or the programme, and the collectors currently holding the work, not the open market. Finarta Art Club does this in one step: post a confidential request for the artist, and the relevant galleries in a vetted network of 450+ respond with what they can offer privately.

Why the public route fails for specific works

Auction archives show only what has already sold; dealer listings show only current stock; and a public search tells the market what you are looking for, which moves prices before you have transacted. The private route inverts it: one confidential request, routed to the galleries handling that artist across 30 countries.

What comes back

On average 2.5 relevant proposals per request, each with certificate of authenticity, condition report and provenance checked before anything reaches you. Your identity is not revealed to sellers unless a transaction settles.

Who uses it

Requests of this kind are the core of the club. Members collect Modern and Contemporary art at museum quality, works typically from €100,000 to several million euros, average transaction about €500,000. Membership is vetted and costs €1,000 for twelve months.
